FitZone – Dahab

Fitzone in Dahab is an open-air rooftop gym offering 75-minute strength and conditioning classes at 9am and 6pm daily except Fridays. Well equipped with racks and free weights, it has a friendly, community vibe. Instructor Maged is attentive and supportive, making it a great place to train and meet people while in Dahab.

SharkFit – Dahab

Sharkfit in Dahab offers challenging, structured workouts in an open-air rooftop studio. Classes run daily except Fridays at 6pm and last 60–75min. Their Lift class is a full-body strength session with proper warm-up and stretch. Calisthenics and the more advanced Partner workout are other class options. It’s a social, energetic space to train and meet people.

Onati Yoga

Onati Studio – Gouna

Onati Studio in El Gouna offers 60min yoga classes in the mornings and evenings, including dynamic flows, YIN, and Aerial Yoga. The open, pavilion-style space with wooden floors and flowing curtains feels serene and natural. The Hatha Flow was calming and grounding, perfect for unwinding. Mosquito repellent is recommended for evening classes.
